Minimum depth of field. - Image Bank.
In this photograph, we can see the minimum depth of field of a flower laying across the moss covered rock. The positive point of this photograph is the actual minimum depth of field; this is a positive factor because it creates the soft petals of the actual flower including the colour as well, stand out perfectly for the audience. I believe that there is no negative factor or improvement that could be suggested with this photograph.
In this photograph, we can see the minimum depth of field upon a butterfly on a leaf. The positive point of this photograph is the vibrant colours against the minimum depth of field; this is a positive factor because it creates the butterfly to stand out really well as the focus point. The negative point of this photograph is the white flower on the left hand side of the butterfly; this is a negative factor because it is a cause of distraction from the focus point. As an improvement, I would suggest on turning the levels and curves down.

In this photograph, we can see the minimum depth of field upon a leaf which is also located on the side of a bench or piece of wood. The positive point of this photograph is the use of lighting and minimum depth of field; this is a positive factor because with the minimum depth of field used upon the leaf, the lighting becomes automatically focused on as it lights up the focus point. The negative point of this photograph is the minimum depth of field placed upon the front part of the wood, in front of the leaf; this is a negative factor because it's a cause of distraction. As an improvement, I could suggest that that the blur at the front can either be cropped or the photograph can be taken again at a closer angle.

In this photograph, we can see the minimum depth of field placed around the background of this green snake. The positive point of this photograph is the angle of the camera in this photograph; this is a positive factor because with the angle being in the area it is, the snake automatically becomes dominating on the audience as it glares down. The negative point of this photograph, is that there is too much blur in the background to create minimum depth of field; this is a negative factor because it becomes a cause of distraction from the focus point and ruins the point of a minimum depth of field. As an improvement, I would suggest on turning the blur down more.

In this photograph, we can see the minimum depth of field placed around the background of the group of mushrooms. The positive point of this photograph is how a certain selection of mushrooms are kept in focus whilst the rest are in a minimum depth of field; this is a positive factor because it creates the mushrooms to come into a clear focus and more defined in detail. I can not name a negative factor or suggest an improvement for this photograph.
